PS250D-502T-LI2UPN8X-H1141 Turck Pressure Sensors

Turck PS250D-502T-LI2UPN8X-H1141 is a sensor designed for pressure measurement with a differential programmable feature. It offers a set point range of 1-100% and a reset point range of 0.5-99.5%. The sensor can measure pressure in units of bar, psi, kPa, MPa, and miscellaneous others. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -40°C to +80°C and features a rotatable housing design. This model is equipped with a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector and a G1/4" (1/4" BSPP) threaded female process port for connection. It belongs to the PS500 series and is protected to IP67 standards. The sensor requires a supply voltage of 18-30Vdc, with 24Vdc nominal. It has a cylindrical body shape and can operate at a maximum switching frequency of 180Hz. The housing and wetted parts are made of 1.4305 (303) stainless steel, with a ceramics Al2O3 pressure transducer and a stainless steel pressure connection. It can measure pressure ranges from 0 to +250bar and supports IO-Link communication protocol. The operating mode can be programmed as NO (Normally Open) or NC (Normally Closed). It includes protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed) and reverse polarity. The response time ranges from 50 to 600ms, and it features 1 x analog output (4-20mA; can also be used as a NPN/PNP digital output). The measurement accuracy includes set point accuracy of +/-0.5% FS, analog accuracy of ≤+/-0.5% FS, with repeatability ≤0.5% of the measuring range, and zero shift/span shift ≤0.15% of the measuring range per °C. The current consumption is 50mA.
