PS040V-505-LI2UPN8X-H1141 Turck Pressure Sensors

Turck PS040V-505-LI2UPN8X-H1141 is a sensor designed for pressure measurement with instrumentation compound pressure sensor capabilities. It features a set point range of 1-100% and a reset point range of 0.5-99.5%, with measurement units available in bar, psi, kPa, MPa, and miscellaneous. The sensor operates within an ambient air temperature range of -40°C to +80°C and has a cylindrical body with a diameter of 34mm. It is pre-equipped with a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector and a G1/2" (1/2" BSPP) threaded male process port. Part of the PS600 series, it offers an IP67 degree of protection and requires a supply voltage of 18-30Vdc (24Vdc nominal). The sensor's housing and wetted parts are made of 1.4305 (303) stainless steel, with a ceramics Al2O3 pressure transducer and a stainless steel pressure connection. It can measure pressure ranges from -1 to +40bar (-14.5 to +580psi) and supports the IO-Link communication protocol. The fluid medium temperature range is -40°C to +85°C, and it can operate in either NO (Normally Open) or NC (Normally Closed) modes, which are programmable. Protection functions include short-circuit (pulsed) and reverse polarity. The sensor has a response time of 50 - 600ms / 0.05 - 0.6 s, with one analog output (4-20mA; can also be used as a NPN/PNP digital output). Measurement accuracy includes set point accuracy of +/-0.5% FS, analog accuracy of ≤+/-0.5% FS, a response time of <3ms, repeatability of ≤0.5% of the measuring range, and zero shift/span shift of ≤0.15% of the measuring range / °C. It has a current consumption of 50mA and a time delay for ON-delay and OFF-delay of 0-50.
