Turck PS016V-503-LUUPN8X-H1141/S1802 is a sensor designed for pressure measurement with a programmable compound pressure sensor feature. It offers a set point range of 1-100% and a reset point range of 0.5-99.5%, with measurement units including bar, psi, kPa, MPa, and miscellaneous options. The sensor operates within an ambient air temperature range of -40°C to +80°C and has a rotatable housing design with a diameter of 34mm. It is pre-equipped with a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector and a G1/4" (1/4" BSPP) threaded male process port. As part of the PS500 series, it boasts an IP67 degree of protection and requires a supply voltage of 18-30Vdc (24Vdc nominal). The cylindrical body shape sensor has a maximum switching frequency of 180Hz and is constructed from 1.4305 (303) stainless steel for both the housing and wetted parts, with a ceramics Al2O3 pressure transducer and a stainless steel pressure connection. The response time ranges from 50 to 600ms, and it features 1 x analog output (4-20mA; can be used as a NPN/PNP digital output). Measurement accuracy includes set point accuracy of +/-0.5% FS, analog accuracy of ≤+/-0.5% FS, a response time of <3ms, repeatability of ≤0.5% of the measuring range, and zero shift/span shift of ≤0.15% of the measuring range per °C. The current consumption is 50mA, with time delays for ON-delay and OFF-delay settings ranging from 0-50.
