PS001V-301-2UPN8X-H1141 Turck Pressure Sensors

Turck PS001V-301-2UPN8X-H1141 is a sensor designed for pressure measurement within a set point range of 1-100% and a reset point range of 0.5-99.5%. It offers multiple measurement units including bar, psi, kPa, MPa, and miscellaneous options. This sensor operates in ambient air temperatures ranging from -40°C to +80°C and can measure fluid medium temperatures from -40°C to +85°C. It features a cylindrical body with a diameter of 34mm and is equipped with a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector and a G1/4" (1/4" BSPP) threaded female process port. The PS300 series sensor has an IP69K degree of protection and requires a supply voltage of 18-30Vdc (24Vdc nominal). It has a maximum switching frequency of 180Hz and is constructed from 1.4305 (303) stainless steel for both the housing and wetted parts, with a ceramics Al2O3 pressure transducer and a stainless steel pressure connection. The pressure measurement range is -1 to +1bar (-14.5 to +14.5psig). It supports IO-Link communication protocol and offers both NO (Normally Open) and NC (Normally Closed) operating modes, which are programmable. The sensor includes protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed) and reverse polarity, with a response time ranging from 50 to 600ms. It features 1 x analog output (4-20mA; can also be used as a NPN/PNP digital output), with a set point accuracy of +/-0.5% FS, analog accuracy of ≤+/-0.5% FS, a response time of <3ms, repeatability of ≤0.5% of the measuring range, and zero shift/span shift of ≤0.15% of the measuring range per °C. The current consumption is 50mA, and it has an ON-delay and OFF-delay time range of 0-50.
