NI60-K90SR-VP4X2-B1141 Turck Inductive Sensors

Turck NI60-K90SR-VP4X2-B1141 is an inductive proximity sensor designed for detecting the presence of metal objects without contact. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25°C to +70°C and features a 90mm diameter rectangular body with a smooth cylindrical/barrel shape and terminal chamber. This sensor is equipped with a 4-pin 7/8"-16 UN Minifast male connector for connectivity. Part of the NI...-K90SR series, it offers a degree of protection rated at IP67, making it suitable for use in environments where dust and water resistance are necessary. The sensor operates with a supply voltage range of 10-65Vdc, including nominal voltages of 12Vdc, 24Vdc, and 48Vdc, and can switch at frequencies up to 60Hz. The housing is made from PBT (Polybutylene Terephthalate), with the sensing face constructed from glass fiber reinforced PBT-GF30-V0 for enhanced durability. It has a sensing distance of 60mm and provides complementary Normally Open (NO) or Normally Closed (NC) outputs. The digital output supports 10-65Vdc at a maximum of 200mA. Protection features include short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity protection, with a no-load current consumption of 15mA.
