Turck NI25U-CK40-ADZ30X2-B3131 W/BS 2.1 is an inductive proximity sensor designed for a wide range of industrial applications. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -30°C to +85°C and comes pre-mounted with a BS 2.1 mounting bracket. This sensor features a pre-equipped 3-pin 1/2"-20 UNF Microfast male connector for connectivity. It supports a supply voltage range of 20-250Vac (with nominal voltages of 24Vac, 200Vac, 220Vac, and 240Vac) and 10-300Vdc (with nominal voltages of 12Vdc, 24Vdc, 48Vdc, 120Vdc, 200Vdc, and 250Vdc), making it versatile for both AC and DC applications. The NI...-CK40 series sensor has an IP68 degree of protection, ensuring durability in harsh environments. Its compact, stubby shape measures H40mm x W40mm, and it is constructed with a PBT-GF20-V0 housing and a PA12-GF30 sensing face for robustness. The sensor offers a sensing distance of 25mm and operates in a Normally Open (NO) mode. It features a digital output capable of handling 20-250Vac / 10-300Vdc with a maximum switching frequency of 10Hz and a maximum output current of 400mA. Additionally, it includes protection functions such as output short-circuit and overload protection (Latched SCP) for enhanced safety and reliability.
