FCS-N1/2A4P-ARX-B1151/L160/115VAC Turck Flow Sensors

Turck FCS-N1/2A4P-ARX-B1151/L160/115VAC is a sensor designed for flow monitoring, featuring a PBT (Polybutylene Terephthalate) housing, stainless steel 316Ti wetted parts, and a stainless steel 303 connector. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20°C to +70°C and consumes 60mA / 0.06A of current. This sensor offers IP67 protection and has a response time of 2-15 seconds during startup and 1-15 seconds during normal operation. It includes 1 digital output (NO Normally Open relay dry contact) and has a rectangular body shape. The control circuit is rated for 2 A at 60Vdc. It is capable of detecting flow rates of 1cm/s to 1.5m/s in water and 3cm/s to 3m/s in oil. Additional features include an instrumentation insertion probe flow monitor sensor/switch with a potentiometer, part of the FCS series. It comes pre-equipped with a 5-pin 7/8"-16 UN Minifast male connector and a 1/2" NPT threaded male process port. The sensor can withstand pressures up to 100bar (1450psi) and has a 160mm probe length. It is designed for a supply voltage of 115Vac and can monitor medium temperatures ranging from -20°C to +80°C.
