Turck BIM-UNT-AP6X-0.3-PSG3M/S1139 is a magnetic field cylindrical position sensor or switch, part of the BIM-UNT series, designed for long overtravel embeddable applications in Permaprox cylinders. It operates with a supply voltage range of 10-30Vdc, including nominal 12Vdc and 24Vdc, and features a polypropylene (PP) housing and sensing face, with a polyurethane (PUR) cable jacket. This sensor is pre-wired with a 30cm / 12" pigtail PUR cable that terminates with a 3-pin M8 Picofast threaded coupler nut male connector. It has a T-groove body shape, suitable for T-slot mounting, and offers a degree of protection rated at IP68. The sensor operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25°C to +70°C and has a maximum switching frequency of 1kHz. It includes one digital output (10-30Vdc; PNP; 150mA max.) and consumes 15mA of current with no load. The sensor is equipped with protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity, and operates in a Normally Open (NO) mode.
