About the product
Turck BIM-NST-AP6X-H1141/S34 is a magnetic field cylinder position sensor/switch belonging to the BIM-NST series. This sensor features a mounting clip clamp-on design, making it suitable for cylindrical embeddable applications with a Permaprox cylinder sensor. It operates on a supply voltage of 10-30Vdc, with nominal values of 12Vdc and 24Vdc. The housing and sensing face are made of PA12-GF30, a glass fiber reinforced Polyamide, ensuring durability. It comes pre-equipped with a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector for easy connection. The sensor has a rectangular body shape and offers an IP67 degree of protection against ingress. It can operate at a maximum switching frequency of 20Hz and is designed to function in ambient air temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C. The sensor provides one digital output (10-30Vdc; PNP; 200mA max.) and has a no-load current consumption of 15mA. It includes protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity. The control circuit is rated at 200mA / 0.2 A, and the operating mode is NO (Normally Open).
