Turck BI7-Q08-AP6X2/S1589 is a sensor designed for proximity detection with an inductive function, part of the BI...-Q08 series. It features a Weldguard coated, embeddable design with a supply voltage range of 10-30Vdc, including nominal 12Vdc and 24Vdc. The housing is made from a die-cast Zinc alloy, and it connects via a pre-wired 2m / 6.5ft cable with bare end flying leads. This sensor has an 8mm thick rectangular body and offers a degree of protection rated at IP67, making it suitable for operation in ambient air temperatures ranging from -25°C to +70°C. It includes 1 x digital output (10-30Vdc; PNP) with a sensing distance of 7mm. Protection functions include short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity. Its operating mode is NO (Normally Open).
