BI5-GT18-ADZ30X2-B3331 Turck Inductive Sensors

Turck BI5-GT18-ADZ30X2-B3331 is an inductive proximity sensor within the BI...-GT18 series, designed for embeddable applications. It operates on a supply voltage range of 20-250Vac (with nominal voltages of 24Vac, 200Vac, 220Vac, 240Vac) and 10-300Vdc (with nominal voltages of 12Vdc, 24Vdc, 48Vdc, 120Vdc, 200Vdc, 250Vdc). The sensor features a PTFE-coated brass housing and a sensing face made of PTFE-coated PA12-GF30 (glass fiber reinforced Polyamide), ensuring durability. It comes pre-equipped with a 3-pin 1/2"-20 UNF Microfast male connector for connectivity. The M18 fully threaded barrel shape allows for straightforward installation, while the IP67 degree of protection ensures operation in challenging environments. With a maximum switching frequency of 20Hz and a network frequency of 50-60 Hz, it is suitable for various applications. The sensor can operate within an ambient air temperature range of -25°C to +70°C. It features 1 x digital output (20-250Vac / 10-300Vdc; AC/DC 2-wire power MOSFET output; 400mA max.), with a sensing distance of 5mm. Additionally, it includes protection functions such as output short-circuit and overload protection (Latched SCP), with a control circuit rated current of 300-400mA / 0.3-0.4 A. The operating mode is NO (Normally Open), and it has an M18 thread size.
