Turck BI2U-EG08-AN6X-0.9-PSG3M is a sensor designed for proximity detection within the BI...-EG08 series. This inductive proximity sensor/switch features an embeddable design with a supply voltage range of 10-30Vdc, including nominal values of 12Vdc and 24Vdc. It is constructed with a stainless steel housing and is connected via a pre-wired 90cm / 36" pigtail cable that terminates with a 3-pin M8 Picofast threaded coupler nut male connector. The sensor adopts an M8 fully threaded barrel (Picoprox) shape and offers a degree of protection rated at IP67, making it suitable for operation in ambient air temperatures ranging from -30°C to +85°C. It includes 1 x digital output (10-30Vdc; NPN) with a sensing distance of 2mm. The BI2U-EG08-AN6X-0.9-PSG3M is equipped with protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity. It has an M8 thread size and operates in a Normally Open (NO) mode.
