Turck BI2U-EG08-AN6X-0.2-PSG3/S771 is an inductive proximity sensor within the BI...-EG08 series, featuring a black moulded plug body that is embeddable. It operates on a supply voltage of 10-30Vdc, with nominal values of 12Vdc and 24Vdc, and is encased in a stainless steel housing. This sensor is designed with an M8 fully threaded barrel (Picoprox) shape and is pre-wired with a 20cm / 8" pigtail cable, terminating in a 3-pin M8 Picofast snap-lock male connector. It offers a degree of protection rated at IP67 and can operate within an ambient air temperature range of -30°C to +85°C. The sensor provides 1 x digital output (10-30Vdc; NPN) with a sensing distance of 2mm. It includes protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity. The thread size is M8, and it operates in a Normally Open (NO) mode.
