BI2-EGT08K-AP6X-0.3-PSG3M Turck Inductive Sensors

Turck BI2-EGT08K-AP6X-0.3-PSG3M is an inductive proximity sensor belonging to the BI...-EGT08 series. This sensor features a short barrel embeddable design with a supply voltage range of 10-30Vdc, including nominal values of 12Vdc and 24Vdc. It is constructed with a PTFE-coated 1.4427 (316L) stainless steel housing and a PA12-GF20 (glass fiber reinforced Polyamide) sensing face. The connection is facilitated by a pre-wired 30cm / 12" pigtail cable that terminates with a 3-pin M8 Picofast threaded coupler nut male connector. Its shape is an M8 fully threaded short cylindrical/barrel, offering a degree of protection rated at IP67. The sensor operates within an ambient air temperature range of -25°C to +70°C and includes 1 x digital output (10-30Vdc; PNP) with a sensing distance of 2mm. Protection functions include short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity. The thread size is M8, and it operates in a NO (Normally Open) mode.
