Turck BI1-EH04-AN6X/SV is an inductive proximity sensor designed for embeddable special packaging in vending machines. This sensor falls within the BI...-EH04 series and features a stainless steel housing with a PA (Polyamide) sensing face. It operates with a supply voltage range of 10-30Vdc, supporting nominal voltages of 12Vdc and 24Vdc. The sensor is equipped with a pre-wired 2m / 6.5ft cable that terminates with bare end flying leads. Its design is a 4mm diameter smooth cylindrical/barrel (Picoprox) shape, offering a sensing distance of 1mm. The BI1-EH04-AN6X/SV provides a single digital output (10-30Vdc; NPN) and operates in a Normally Open (NO) mode. It includes protection functions against short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity. The sensor is rated with a degree of protection IP67 and can operate within an ambient air temperature range of -25°C to +70°C.
