BCF15-K34-AZ3X Turck Capacitive Sensors

Turck BCF15-K34-AZ3X is a capacitive proximity sensor belonging to the BC...-K34 series, designed for noise-immune embeddable applications. It operates with a supply voltage range of 20-250Vac (with nominal values of 24Vac, 200Vac, 220Vac, and 240Vac) and 10-300Vdc (with nominal values of 12Vdc, 24Vdc, 48Vdc, 120Vdc, 200Vdc, and 250Vdc). The sensor is housed in a PBT-GF30-V0 material, which is glass fiber reinforced Polybutylene Terephthalate, for both the housing and the sensing face, and features a PVC cable jacket. It comes pre-wired with a 2m / 6.5ft cable terminated with bare end flying leads for connection. The sensor's shape is a 34mm diameter smooth cylindrical/barrel, offering a degree of protection rated at IP67. It has a maximum switching frequency of 20Hz and operates within a network frequency of 40-60 Hz. The ambient air temperature range for operation is between -25°C and +70°C. It features 1 x digital output (20-250Vac / 10-300Vdc; AC/DC 2-wire; 500mA max.), with a sensing distance of 15mm and a control circuit rated current of 500mA / 0.5 A. The operating mode for this sensor is NO (Normally Open).
