Turck BC20-CP40-VN4X2-H1141 is a capacitive proximity sensor/switch that falls under the BC...-CP40 series. This embeddable design sensor operates with a supply voltage range of 10-65Vdc, including nominal voltages of 12Vdc, 24Vdc, and 48Vdc. It features a housing and sensing face made of PBT-GF30-V0, a glass fiber reinforced Polybutylene Terephthalate, ensuring durability. The sensor is equipped with a 4-pin M12 Eurofast QD male connector for easy connection. It has a rectangular body measuring H40mm x W40mm, known as Combiprox, with a terminal chamber. This sensor offers a degree of protection of IP67, making it suitable for operation in environments with an ambient air temperature range of -25°C to +70°C. It includes 1 x digital output (10-65Vdc; NPN) and boasts a sensing distance of 20mm. For protection, it features functions against short-circuit (pulsed), overload, and reverse polarity. The operating mode can be set to NO (Normally Open) or NC (Normally Closed) for complementary outputs.
