Telemecanique XCSLF2727312 is a safety lock designed for door, cover, and hood safety guard interlock applications, featuring limit switch locking on de-energization and unlocking on energization with simultaneous/slow break functionality. It is part of the XCSLF sub-range and is constructed from Zamak for both the head and body, ensuring durability. This model offers a connection through M20 cable entries x 3 and provides a high degree of protection with an IP67 rating. It is built to withstand 1,000,000 operations mechanically at no load and has a 2 Pole configuration. The control voltage is compatible with both AC and DC currents, accepting 24/48 Vac and 24/48 Vdc, respectively, with a rated insulation voltage of 250 V (UL) and 300 V. It includes 2 NC auxiliary contacts for enhanced functionality. The visual position indicator is facilitated by an orange LED for guard opening and a green LED for guard locking. The control circuit rated current is 0.75 A for 240Vac (AC-15) and 100mA / 0.1 A for 250Vdc (DC-13), with similar ratings for other specified conditions. It operates within a temperature range of -25 °C to 70 °C and maintains electrical durability for 1,000,000 operations under load.
