XCSLF2525342 Telemecanique Sensors Safety Switches

Telemecanique XCSLF2525342 is a safety lock designed for door, cover, and hood safety guard interlock with a limit switch that locks on de-energization and unlocks on energization, featuring break before make/slow break functionality. It is part of the XCSLF sub-range and is constructed with a Zamak head and body. This part offers three M20 cable entries for connections and provides an IP67 degree of protection against dust and water ingress. It is built to withstand 1,000,000 mechanical operations at no load and has a 2 Pole configuration. The control voltage for AC is rated at 220/240 Vac, with 1 Normally Open (NO) and 1 Normally Closed (NC) auxiliary contacts, rated insulation voltage of 250 V (UL) and 300 V. It includes an orange LED for guard opening indication and a green LED for guard locking indication. The control circuit rated current is 0.75 A for 240Vac (AC-15) and 100mA / 0.1 A for 250Vdc (DC-13). This safety lock operates within a temperature range of -25 °C to 70 °C and ensures electrical durability of 1,000,000 operations with load. The latching type is a solenoid locking mechanism with 1NC+1NO break before make contact.
