XCSLE2525513 Telemecanique Sensors Safety Switches

Telemecanique XCSLE2525513 is a safety lock designed for door, cover, and hood safety guard interlock with a limit switch that locks upon energization and unlocks upon de-energization. It features break before make/slow break functionality. The part is constructed with plastic materials for both the head and body. It offers three 1/2" NPT cable entries for connections and provides a degree of protection rated at IP66 and IP67. This safety lock is designed for mechanical durability up to 1,000,000 operations at no load and has 2 poles. The control voltage specifications include 24 Vac and 24 Vdc, with rated insulation voltage (Ui) at 250 V for UL and 300 V. It includes 1 Normally Open (NO) and 1 Normally Closed (NC) auxiliary contacts, alongside an orange LED for guard opening and a green LED for guard locking indication. The control circuit rated current is 0.75 A for 240Vac (AC-15), 100mA/0.1 A for 250Vdc (DC-13), 0.75 A for 240Vac (C300), and 100mA/0.1 A for 250Vdc (R300). The safety lock operates within a temperature range of -25°C to 70°C and offers electrical durability with load up to 1,000,000 operations at 240Vac/250Vdc. It utilizes solenoid locking with a 1NC+1NO break before make contact mechanism.
