XCSA513 Telemecanique Sensors Safety Switches

Telemecanique XCSA513 is a safety lock designed for industrial applications, featuring a key safety switch/lock with a break before make/slow break function. It operates with a rated impulse voltage of 6 kV and is constructed from Zamak for both the head and body, ensuring durability. This part offers a 1/2" NPT cable entry for connections and is protected to a degree of IP67, making it suitable for demanding environments. It boasts a mechanical durability of 1,000,000 operations without load and an electrical durability of 50,000,000 operations with load at 240Vac/250Vdc. The XCSA513 includes 3 poles and supports a control voltage of 24/48 Vdc. It features 2 Normally Open (NO) auxiliary contacts and 1 Normally Closed (NC) auxiliary contact, with a rated insulation voltage of 400 V. An orange LED serves as a visual position indicator for NC opening. The control circuit is rated for currents up to 3 A at 240Vac (AC-15 and A300). This safety lock can operate within a temperature range of -25°C to 70°C.
