XCC1912PS10KN Telemecanique Sensors Encoders

Telemecanique Sensors XCC1912PS10KN is an incremental encoder within the XCC sub-range, featuring a solid shaft with an M23 connector (male) radial for connections. It is constructed from aluminium (base), stainless steel 303 / AISI 303 (shaft), and Zamak (case), ensuring durability. This cylindrical encoder offers a degree of protection rated at IP66, with a shaft diameter of 12 mm (g6 tolerance) and a case diameter of 90 mm. It provides push-pull digital outputs and operates at a sampling rate of 100 kHz / 100,000 Hz. The supply voltage required ranges from 11 to 30 V DC, with a resolution of 1000 pulses per revolution. It includes protection functions against reverse polarity and short-circuit, with a control circuit rated current of 20mA / 0.02 A. The encoder supports a rotational speed of up to 6000 rpm and can operate within a temperature range of -20 °C to 80 °C. It can withstand a maximum radial load of 20daN / 200 N and a maximum axial load of 10daN / 100 N.
