XCC1912PS03KN Telemecanique Sensors Encoders

Telemecanique Sensors XCC1912PS03KN is an incremental encoder within the XCC sub-range, featuring a solid shaft with an M23 male radial connector. Constructed from aluminium (base), stainless steel 303 / AISI 303 (shaft), and Zamak (case), this cylindrical encoder offers a degree of protection rated at IP66. It has a shaft diameter of 12 mm with g6 tolerance and a case diameter of 90 mm. The encoder provides push-pull digital outputs and operates at a sampling rate of 100 kHz / 100,000 Hz. It requires a supply voltage of 11-30 V DC and delivers a resolution of 360 pulses per revolution. Equipped with protection functions against reverse polarity and short-circuit, it has a control circuit rated current of 20mA / 0.02 A. The encoder supports a rotational speed of up to 6000 rpm and can operate within a temperature range of -20 °C to 80 °C. It can withstand a maximum radial load of 20daN / 200 N and a maximum axial load of 10daN / 100 N.
