XCC1514TSM03X Telemecanique Sensors Encoders

Telemecanique Sensors XCC1514TSM03X is an incremental encoder within the XCC sub-range, designed with a parameterable function. It features a base made of aluminium, a shaft constructed from stainless steel 303 / AISI 303, and a case of Zamak. This encoder offers a through/hollow shaft M23 connector (male) radial connection type and has a cylindrical shape. It is protected to a degree of IP65, ensuring its operation in various environmental conditions. The shaft diameter is 14 mm with an H7 tolerance, and the case diameter is 58 mm. It provides digital outputs through an RS422 (5V) output and supports a sampling rate of 300 kHz / 300,000 Hz. The supply voltage required ranges from 4.75 to 30 V DC, and it offers a resolution between 360 and 5760 pulses per revolution. This product includes protection functions against reverse polarity and short-circuit, with a control circuit rated current of 20mA / 0.02 A. It can operate at rotational speeds up to 6000 rpm and withstand temperatures ranging from -30°C to 100°C. The maximum radial load is 5daN / 50 N, and the maximum axial load is 2daN / 20 N.
