XCC1514TSM02Y Telemecanique Sensors Encoders

Telemecanique Sensors XCC1514TSM02Y is an incremental encoder within the XCC sub-range, designed with a parameterable function. It features a base made of aluminium, a shaft constructed from stainless steel 303 / AISI 303, and a case of Zamak. This encoder offers a through / hollow shaft M23 connector (male) radial connection type and has a cylindrical shape. It is protected to a degree of IP65, ensuring its operation in various environmental conditions. The shaft diameter is 14 mm with an H7 tolerance, and the case diameter is 58 mm. It provides push-pull digital outputs and supports a sampling rate of 300 kHz / 300,000 Hz. The supply voltage required ranges from 5 to 30 V DC, and it can achieve a resolution between 256 and 4096 pulses per revolution (8-12-bit). This product includes protection functions against reverse polarity and short-circuit, with a control circuit rated current of 20mA / 0.02 A. It is capable of operating at rotational speeds up to 6000 rpm. The encoder can function within a temperature range of -30°C to 100°C, withstand a maximum radial load of 5daN / 50 N, and a maximum axial load of 2daN / 20 N.
