XCC1510PS25X Telemecanique Sensors Encoders

Telemecanique Sensors XCC1510PS25X is an incremental encoder within the XCC sub-range, featuring a solid shaft with an M23 male radial connector. Constructed from aluminium (base), stainless steel 303 / AISI 303 (shaft), and Zamak (case), this cylindrical encoder offers a degree of protection rated at IP65. It has a shaft diameter of 10 mm and a case diameter of 58 mm. The encoder provides RS422 (5V) digital outputs with a sampling rate of 300 kHz / 300,000 Hz and operates on a supply voltage of 4.75-30 V DC. It is designed with a resolution of 2500 pulses per revolution and includes protection functions against reverse polarity and short-circuit. The control circuit rated current is 20mA / 0.02 A, and it can handle a rotational speed of up to 9000 rpm. The encoder operates within a temperature range of -30°C to 100°C, can withstand a maximum radial load of 10daN / 100 N, and a maximum axial load of 5daN / 50 N.
