XCC1510PS03Y Telemecanique Sensors Encoders

Telemecanique Sensors XCC1510PS03Y is an incremental encoder designed with a solid shaft and an M23 male radial connector. Constructed from aluminium for the base, stainless steel 303 / AISI 303 for the shaft, and Zamak for the case, this cylindrical encoder offers a degree of protection rated at IP65. It features a shaft diameter of 10 mm and a case diameter of 58 mm. The XCC1510PS03Y provides push-pull digital outputs and operates at a sampling rate of 300 kHz / 300,000 Hz. It requires a DC supply voltage ranging from 5 to 30 V and delivers a resolution of 360 pulses per revolution. Equipped with protection functions against reverse polarity and short-circuit, it has a control circuit rated current of 20mA / 0.02 A. This encoder can handle a rotational speed of up to 9000 rpm and operates within a temperature range of -30°C to 100°C. It can withstand a maximum radial load of 10daN / 100 N and a maximum axial load of 5daN / 50 N.
