XCC1406TR10K Telemecanique Sensors Encoders

Telemecanique Sensors XCC1406TR10K is an incremental encoder within the XCC sub-range, featuring a cylindrical shape and constructed from aluminium and Zamak for the base and case, with a stainless steel and aluminium shaft. It offers a through/hollow shaft connection that is pre-cabled and provides a degree of protection rated at IP52. The encoder has a shaft diameter of 6 mm with H7 tolerance and a case diameter of 40 mm, accompanied by a 2 m cable length. It operates with a push-pull output and a sampling rate of 100 kHz / 100,000 Hz. The supply voltage required ranges from 11 to 30 V DC, and it delivers a resolution of 1000 pulses per revolution. This part includes protection functions against reverse polarity and short-circuit, with a control circuit rated current of 20mA / 0.02 A. It is designed to handle a rotational speed of up to 9000 rpm and can operate within a temperature range of -20 °C to 80 °C. The maximum radial and axial loads it can withstand are 2daN / 20 N and 1daN / 10 N, respectively.
