XCC1406TR03R Telemecanique Sensors Encoders

Telemecanique Sensors XCC1406TR03R is an incremental encoder within the XCC sub-range, designed with a cylindrical shape and constructed from aluminium and Zamak for the base and case, and stainless steel and aluminium for the shaft. It features a through/hollow shaft pre-cabled connection type and offers a degree of protection rated at IP52. The encoder has a shaft diameter of 6 mm with H7 tolerance and a case diameter of 40 mm. It comes with a 2-meter cable length and utilizes RS422 (5V) output for digital signaling. The encoder operates at a sampling rate of 100 kHz / 100,000 Hz, requires a 5V DC supply voltage, and provides a resolution of 360 pulses per revolution. It is designed to handle a control circuit rated current of 20mA / 0.02 A and can operate at rotational speeds up to 9000 rpm. The encoder is capable of functioning within a temperature range of -20°C to 80°C, can withstand a maximum radial load of 2daN / 20 N, and a maximum axial load of 1daN / 10 N.
