XCC1406PR01K Telemecanique Sensors Encoders

Telemecanique Sensors XCC1406PR01K is an incremental encoder within the XCC sub-range, featuring a solid shaft pre-cabled connection and a cylindrical shape. Constructed from aluminium and Zamak for the base and case, with a stainless steel and aluminium shaft, it offers a degree of protection rated at IP52. The encoder has a shaft diameter of 6 mm with g7 tolerance and a case diameter of 40 mm. It comes with a 2-meter cable length and utilizes push-pull output for digital signals. The sampling rate is set at 100 kHz / 100,000 Hz, supported by a supply voltage range of 11-30 V DC. This encoder is designed to deliver a resolution of 100 pulses per revolution. It includes protection functions against reverse polarity and short-circuit, with a control circuit rated current of 20mA / 0.02 A. Capable of operating at a rotational speed of up to 9000 rpm, it can withstand a maximum radial load of 2daN / 20 N and a maximum axial load of 1daN / 10 N. The operational temperature range spans from -20 °C to 80 °C.
