Schneider Electric TSXCAY33 is a Motion Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) CPU unit designed with integrated I/Os for 3-axes control. It facilitates the positioning of a moving part on an axis through motion control functions provided by the Premium PLC processor. This unit allows for axis parameter setting, adjustment, and debugging via Unity Pro and PL7 Junior/Pro software. It supports servo control on independent linear or infinite axes, linear interpolation on 2 or 3 axes, and real-time correction of drive offset. The TSXCAY33 features HE-10 connectors and 9-pin and 15-pin D-SUB connectors for encoder and auxiliary inputs, respectively. It operates on a supply voltage of 18-31.2Vdc (24Vdc nominal; internally supplied via rack) and is designed for backplane or rack mounting. The operating ambient air temperature range is +32...+140°F / 0...+60 °C, and it uses the RS-485 communication protocol. This unit includes 3 digital outputs (500mA; reflex outputs), with a current consumption of 1500mA at 5Vdc. Protection functions include short-circuit, overload, overvoltage, and reverse polarity protections.
