Schneider Electric ATV71HU30Y is a Variable Speed/Frequency Drive (VSD/VFD) / Inverter from the Altivar 71 series, designed for variable speed and frequency control with a U/F ratio of 2 points / 5 points. It features sensorless flux vector control, ENA System, and vector control with or without speed feedback, capable of delivering 220% of the nominal motor torque for 2 seconds and 170% of the nominal motor torque for 60 seconds. This model comes with a built-in EMC filter, built-in heatsink, and a coated version for enhanced durability. It operates on a supply voltage of 425-759Vac, accommodating 480Vac, 500Vac, 600Vac, and 690Vac nominal values, and has dimensions of H420mm x W240mm x D236mm. The ATV71HU30Y offers chemical resistance through its conformal coating, degrees of protection including IP20, IP21, and UL type 1, and supports a rated current of 4.5A at 500Vac and 4kHz, 3.9A at 575Vac and 4kHz, 4.5A at 690Vac and 4kHz, with a maximum current of 6.75A for 60 seconds. It is designed for wall mounting and supports Modbus and CANopen communication protocols. This 3-phase network device outputs frequencies ranging from 0.1 to 599 Hz and includes 1 analog output, 5 digital inputs plus 1 programmable digital input, and 3 digital outputs. It also features 2 analog inputs for comprehensive control and monitoring.
