Part#:ATV71HU22Y
Manufacturer:Schneider Electric
Category:Variable Frequency Drives (VFD)
Product Lifecycle:Active
Product description
Schneider Electric ATV71HU22Y is a Variable Speed/Frequency Drive (VSD/VFD) / Inverter from the Altivar 71 series, designed for variable speed and frequency control with a U/F ratio of 2 points / 5 points and sensorless flux vector control. It features ENA System Vector control with or without speed feedback, delivering 220% of the nominal motor torque for 2 seconds and 170% of the nominal motor torque for 60 seconds. This model comes with a built-in EMC filter, built-in heatsink, and a coated version for enhanced durability. It operates on a supply voltage of 425-759Vac, with specific nominal voltages at 480Vac, 500Vac, 600Vac, and 690Vac. The dimensions are H420mm x W240mm x D236mm, and it has a conformal coating for chemical resistance. The degree of protection includes IP20, IP21, and UL type 1. The rated current varies with voltage: 3.2A at 500Vac, 2.7A at 575Vac, and 4A at 690Vac, with a maximum current of 5.28A for 2 seconds and 4.8A for 60 seconds. For installation, it supports wall mounting and communicates via Modbus and CANopen protocols. It is designed for a 3-phase network with an output frequency range of 0.1-599 Hz. The device includes 1 analog output, 5+1 programmable digital inputs, 3 digital outputs, and 2 analog inputs. The current consumption is specified for different voltages, and the rated active power is 2.2kW at 690Vac and 1.5kW at 500Vac, equivalent to 2HP.
