Schneider Electric ATV71HD30Y is a Variable Speed/Frequency Drive (VSD/VFD) / Inverter from the Altivar 71 series. It features variable speed/frequency drive capabilities with U/F ratio (2 points / 5 points), sensorless flux vector control, ENA system, and vector control with or without speed feedback. It can deliver 220% of the nominal motor torque for 2 seconds and 170% for 60 seconds. The design includes a built-in EMC filter, built-in heatsink, and a coated version for enhanced durability. It operates on a supply voltage of 425-759Vac, with specific nominal voltages at 480Vac, 500Vac, 600Vac, and 690Vac. The dimensions are H420mm x W240mm x D236mm, and it has a conformal coating for chemical resistance. The degree of protection is IP20, IP21, and UL type 1. Rated current specifications are 35A at 500Vac, 32A at 575Vac, 35A at 690Vac, with a maximum current of 57.75A for 2 seconds and 52.5A for 60 seconds. It supports wall mounting and uses Modbus and CANopen communication protocols. Designed for a 3-phase network with an output frequency range of 0.1-599 Hz, it includes 1 analog output, 5 digital inputs plus 1 programmable digital input and 1 PWR safety input, and 3 digital outputs. The current consumption is 33A at 500Vac for 22kW, 28A at 600Vac for 30 HP, and 34A at 690Vac for 30kW, with rated active power of 30kW at 690Vac and 22kW at 500Vac, equivalent to 30HP.
