Red Lion 714FXE6-SC-80 is an industrial managed Ethernet switch designed for robust and complex network solutions. It supports SNMP v1, v2, and v3 along with Web Browser Management for ease of configuration and monitoring. The switch features N-Ring Technology ensuring a rapid 30ms healing for network redundancy, complemented by N-Link Redundant Ring and N-View Monitoring Technologies for enhanced network reliability and visibility. It is equipped with EtherNet/IP CIP Messaging and IGMP Auto Configuration for efficient network communication. The switch supports 802.1Q tag VLAN, Port VLAN, 802.1p QoS, Port QoS, Port Trunking, and Port Mirroring for advanced network segmentation and prioritization. It operates on 802.1d, 802.1w, and 802.1D RSTP standards for network resilience, and features a DHCP Server with Option 82 Relay, Option 61, and IP Fallback for dynamic IP management. Local Port IP Addressing and 802.1AB-2005 LLDP are included for improved network discovery and management. It ensures network security through Port Security with MAC Address Based Filtering and has a configurable alarm output contact. The switch is designed with 8 x RJ45 ports (10/100BaseTX) and 6 x Fiber optic SC connectors (single-mode, 100BaseFX) supporting up to 80km rated optical fiber. It operates within a temperature range of -40 to +70°C and includes ESD + Surge protection on power inputs. The switch is housed in a metallic case suitable for DIN rail mounting, indicating its readiness for industrial environments.
