Pilz PILZ-G1000033 is a control station designed with a zinc housing and silver contacts, featuring a round button shape and LED indication for the emergency stop push button (2NC) and two illuminated push buttons (1NO each), along with one indicator lamp. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +60°C and has a net height of 293 mm, with a diameter of 30mm for the head. This control station supports a rated current of 1mA (minimum contact current) and 0.1A (24Vdc; DC-13) with a 12-pin M12 male connector for connection. It offers an IP65 degree of protection and requires a supply voltage of 19.2-28.8Vdc (24Vdc nominal). The control station's caps and buttons come in white, green, yellow, blue, and red, with a red emergency stop button and white push buttons. It has a net width and depth of 40 mm each, with a white LED light color and a power consumption of 12 W. The operating mode is turn-to-release, and it can be stored within an ambient air temperature range of -25 to +70°C. It includes 2 normally open (NO) auxiliary contacts and 2 normally closed (NC) auxiliary contacts, with mechanical durability rated at 6050 operations for the E-stop contact and 1,000,000 to 1,300,000 operations for the push-button NO contact.
