Pilz PILZ-G1000031 is a control station designed for various automation applications, featuring a comprehensive set of controls including an emergency stop push-button with LED indication and two illuminated push-buttons, each with a single normally open (NO) contact. It also includes a selector switch with two positions, each offering a 60-degree rotation and two normally open (NO) contacts. The control station operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +60 degrees Celsius and has a net height of 293 mm. Its design incorporates a 30mm head diameter, and it supports a rated current of 1mA (minimum contact current) to 0.1A (at 24Vdc; DC-13) with a 12-pin M12 male connector for connections. The device offers an IP65 degree of protection, suitable for demanding environments, and requires a supply voltage of 19.2-28.8Vdc (24Vdc nominal). The control station's components are housed in a zinc casing with silver contacts, and it features caps and buttons in white, green, yellow, blue, and red, with a red emergency stop button and white illuminated buttons. Its net width and depth are both 40 mm, and it consumes 12 W of power. The white LED light indicates operation, and the device has a turn-to-release operating mode. It can be stored in temperatures ranging from -25 to +70 degrees Celsius. The control station includes four normally open (NO) auxiliary contacts and two normally closed (NC) auxiliary contacts, with mechanical durability rated at 6050 operations for the emergency stop contact and 1 million to 1.3 million operations for the push-button NO contacts, ensuring long-term reliability in mechanical performance.
