Pilz PILZ-890120 is a protection unit designed for true power monitoring with a relay that supports 9 different measuring ranges. It features adjustable switching for underload and overload thresholds, along with customizable monitoring reaction time and start-up suppression time. This unit is suitable for DIN rail mounting and operates within an ambient air temperature range of 0 to +55°C. It has a net height of 87 mm and is rated for an 18A measuring current. The safety output contacts ratings vary from 0.1A to 5A at 24Vdc (DC-1; 120W) and 240Vac (AC-1; 1200VA), with lower ratings for DC-13 and AC-15 applications. Connection is established via fixed screw terminal connections. The supply voltage can range from 27.5-264.5Vac for AC and 93.5-287.5Vdc for DC, covering standard nominal voltages. Constructed with a PPO housing, it is designed for both single-phase (1AC) and 3-phase (3AC) input networks, with a rated voltage of 0-120Vac/dc for measuring voltage.
