Part#:PILZ-890100
Manufacturer:Pilz
Category:Voltage Relays
Product Lifecycle:Active
Product description
Pilz PILZ-890100 is a protection unit designed for true power monitoring with a relay function. It features nine different measuring ranges, adjustable switching for underload and overload thresholds, and customizable monitoring reaction and start-up suppression times. This unit is suitable for DIN rail mounting and has a net height of 87 mm. It supports a rated current of 18A for measuring and safety output contacts ratings ranging from 0.1A to 5A at 24Vdc (DC-1; 120W) and 0.1A to 1.5A at 24Vdc (DC-13). The connection is established via fixed screw terminal connections. As part of the S1WP sub-range, it measures 22.5mm in width, offers an IP40 degree of protection, and operates on a supply voltage of 20.4-30Vdc (24Vdc nominal). The frequency range for measurement extends up to 1kHz, and it is housed in a PPO material. It accommodates both single-phase (1AC) and three-phase (3AC) input types, with a rated voltage for AC measuring up to 240Vac/dc. The unit's width is 22.5 mm, depth is 121 mm, and it consumes 2W of power. It is designed to operate within an ambient air temperature range for storage of -40 to +85°C. The digital outputs include 1 x auxiliary output (SPDT-NO/NC contacts; 0.1-5A 24Vdc DC-1 120W resistive load), and the analog inputs comprise 1 x analog input for current measurement (K1-UL1) and 1 x analog input for voltage measurement (L1-L3). Protection functions include underpower and overpower monitoring, and it also features 1 x analog output for voltage (U) and current (I) monitoring.
