Pilz PILZ-840620 is a protection unit designed for thermistor monitoring relay applications, featuring thermistor monitoring as its main function. It is engineered for DIN rail mounting and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +55°C. This unit has a net height of 87 mm, incorporates a manual reset design, and utilizes fixed screw terminal connections for secure installation. It is supplied with a voltage range of 195.5-253Vac (230Vac nominal) under the sub-range name S1MO. The dimensions include a width of 22.5mm and a depth of 121 mm, offering a compact form factor with an IP40 degree of protection. The housing is made from PPO material, ensuring durability. Power consumption is rated at 3.5 VA. The operating mode is manual reset in a normally energized configuration. For storage, it can withstand ambient air temperatures from -40 to +85°C. It features 2 x auxiliary outputs (2CO changeover / 2xSPDT-NO/NC contacts) for digital outputs and 2 x analog inputs (T1-T2 measuring circuits) for monitoring.
