Pilz PILZ-827260 is a protection unit designed as a single-phase voltage monitoring relay suitable for DIN rail mounting. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of -15 to +55°C and has a net height of 87 mm. The design ensures that measuring inputs are not polarity-sensitive. It features safety output contacts ratings of 0.1A-5A at 240Vac (AC-1; 1200VA) and 2A at 230Vac (AC-15), with fixed screw terminal connections. The supply voltage requirement is 195.5-264Vac (230Vac / 240Vac nom.) under the sub-range name S1UM. Dimensions include a width of 22.5mm and a degree of protection rated at IP40. The frequency measuring range is 0.4-400Hz, housed in a PPO material. It is designed for a single-phase (1AC) input network, with a rated voltage (AC) for measuring voltage adjustable between 0.1-500Vac/dc. The net width is 22.5 mm, and it consumes 2 VA of power with a net depth of 121 mm. Operating modes include fault latching or fault non-latching, and normally energized mode or normally de-energized mode. It can be stored in temperatures ranging from -40 to +85°C. The unit has 1 x auxiliary output (SPDT-NO/NC contacts; 0.1-5A 240Vac AC-1 resistive load) for digital outputs, and protection functions against overvoltage with a response time of 0.1-10 s. Digital inputs consist of 1 x de-energized mode input (Y1-Y2) and 1 x latching input (Y3).
