Pilz PILZ-787764 is a safety relay designed for single or dual-channel operation with standstill monitoring capabilities. It features DIN rail mounting and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +55°C. The device has a net height of 101 mm and supports rated current safety output contacts ratings of 6A at 24Vdc (DC-1), 6A at 240Vac (AC-1), 4A at 24Vdc (DC-13), and 3A at 230Vac (AC-15). Connection is facilitated through plug-in/detachable spring terminal connections. The supply voltage ranges from 20.4-264Vac (24Vac / 120Vac / 240Vac nominal) and 20.4-264Vdc (24Vdc / 110Vdc / 120Vdc / 220Vdc / 250Vdc nominal), with a frequency measuring range of 0-3kHz. The housing is made of PPO with an ABS front, and it offers a degree of protection of IP40. The rated voltage for AC operation is 0.12-3Vac/dc with a switching threshold per channel (Uon). It operates in single-phase with one measuring circuit affecting both channels, and in three-phase with two redundant measuring circuits affecting channels 1 and 2, including voltage monitoring for failsafe operation. Digital outputs include 2 x instantaneous safety outputs and 1 x instantaneous auxiliary output, plus 2 x auxiliary semiconductor outputs. Digital inputs comprise 1 x digital input for motor phases, 1 x feedback loop input, and 1 x reset input.
