Pilz PILZ-787602 is a safety relay designed for single or dual-channel operation with features including safety gate monitoring, instantaneous and delayed E-STOP monitoring, limit switch monitoring, and light beam device monitoring for both type 2 and type 4. It supports monitored manual reset and is suitable for DIN rail mounting. The operating ambient air temperature range is -10 to +55 °C. This model has a net height of 101 mm, a rated current for safety output contacts of 5A at 24Vdc (DC-1) and 240Vac (AC-1), 2A at 24Vdc (DC-13), and 1.5A at 230Vac (AC-15). Connection is facilitated through plug-in/detachable spring terminal connections. Part of the PNOZ XV1P sub-range, it measures 22.5mm in width, offers an IP40 degree of protection, and requires a supply voltage of 20.4-26.4Vdc (24Vdc nominal). The housing is made of PPO with an ABS front, and it has a power consumption of 3.5 W. The net width and depth are 22.5 mm and 121 mm, respectively. It features 2 x instantaneous safety outputs and 1 x delayed safety output with selectable time-delay up to 3 seconds. The protection functions include two operating modes, with or without detection of shorts across contacts, and it has 2 x digital inputs plus 1 x start input for enhanced operational flexibility.
