Pilz PILZ-784137 is a safety relay designed for single or dual-channel operation, capable of safety gate monitoring, including mechanical and non-contact methods. It features an ON-delay de-energization timer, monitored manual reset, and start-up testing capabilities that support both AND and OR input logic for enhanced safety measures. This unit is suitable for DIN rail mounting and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +55°C. It has a net height of 101 mm, a rated current of 2A, and utilizes plug-in/detachable spring terminal connections. The PNOZ e3vp sub-range model comes with dimensions of W22.5mm x D121mm, offering an IP40 degree of protection. It requires a supply voltage of 19.2-30Vdc, with a nominal 24Vdc, and is constructed with a PPO housing and an ABS front housing. The net width and depth are 22.5 mm and 121 mm, respectively. Its operating modes include detection of earth faults in the input circuit and shorts between input circuit contacts. The unit features automatic and monitored start modes, with a start-up test to prevent automatic restarting after a power failure. It allows for an increase in the number of available contacts by connecting to contact expansion modules or external contactors/relays. The digital outputs include 1 x instantaneous auxiliary output, 1 x instantaneous safety output, 1 x delayed safety output with a selectable time delay up to 300 seconds, and 2 x test pulse outputs. It offers protection functions with two operating modes and includes digital inputs for comprehensive control and safety monitoring.
