PILZ-777583 Pilz Electrical Safety Devices

Pilz PILZ-777583 is a safety relay designed as a single-channel contact expansion module with an ON-delay de-energization timer. It features DIN rail mounting and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -10 to +55°C. The device has a net height of 94 mm and supports rated currents for safety output contacts at 6A for both 24Vdc (DC-1) and 240Vac (AC-1), 4A at 24Vdc (DC-13), and 3A at 230Vac (AC-15). Connection is facilitated through plug-in/detachable screw terminal connections. As part of the PZE X4VP sub-range, it measures 22.5mm in width, offers a degree of protection of IP40, and requires a supply voltage of 20.4-26.4Vdc (24Vdc nominal). The housing is made of PPO with an ABS front, and the device consumes 2.5 W of power. Its dimensions include a net width of 22.5 mm and a net depth of 121 mm. The operating mode is single-channel, with digital outputs comprising 4 x delayed safety outputs (4NO / 4xSPST-NO each made of 2 N.O. contacts in series; 6A 24Vdc DC-1 or 240Vac AC-1 resistive load; 2s fixed time-delay) across terminals 17-18, 27-28, 37-38, and 47-48. Additionally, it has 1 x digital input (24Vdc; 95mA) and 1 x feedback loop input (SPST with 2NC contacts in series) (Y1-Y2).
