PILZ-777300 Pilz Electrical Safety Devices

Pilz PILZ-777300 is a safety relay designed for single or dual-channel operation with capabilities for safety gate monitoring, instantaneous E-STOP monitoring, limit switch monitoring, and light beam device monitoring of type 2 (with or without test pulse) & type 4. It offers DIN rail mounting and operates within an ambient air temperature range of -35 to +55 °C. The device has a net height of 94 mm, a width of 22.5 mm, and a depth of 121 mm. It features plug-in/detachable screw terminal connections and is powered by a supply voltage of 20.4-26.4Vac (24Vac nominal) or 20.4-26.4Vdc (24Vdc nominal). The safety output contacts are rated at 6A for both 24Vdc (DC-1) and 240Vac (AC-1), and 5A for 24Vdc (DC-13) and 230Vac (AC-15). The PILZ-777300, part of the PNOZ X2.8P sub-range, has a power consumption of 2.5 W, offers three instantaneous safety outputs (3NO), and one instantaneous auxiliary output (1NC). It is constructed with a PPO housing and an ABS front housing, providing an IP40 degree of protection. The operating modes include options without detection of shorts across contacts and with detection of shorts across contacts, allowing for increased contact availability through external modules or contactors/relays. It also features two digital inputs and one start input for comprehensive monitoring and control.
