Pilz PILZ-773520 is a Safety I/O unit designed for DIN rail mounting, compatible with both 35mmx7.5mm top hat and 27mm recess width DIN rails. It operates within an ambient air temperature range of 0 to +60°C without forced convection and up to +55°C with forced convection off. This unit features a net height of 94 mm, is specifically designed for furnace/burner functions, and supports a rated current of 12A for conventional thermal current, with various ratings for different voltage and current configurations. Connection types include screw terminal connections and spring-loaded terminal connections, accommodating wire cross-sections from 0.25 to 2.5mm2 for single-core flexible wires with screw connections, and other specified ranges for different wire types and connections. Power consumption from the supply via the base module is 3.5 W, and it includes time delay features for switch-off, switch-on, and supply interruption before de-energization.
