Pilz PILZ-773510 is a Safety I/O unit designed for DIN rail mounting, compatible with both 35mmx7.5mm top hat and 27mm recess width DIN rails. It features an airgap creepage of 3mm between relay contacts and 5.5mm between relay contacts and other circuits, ensuring potential isolation with protective separation. The unit is rated for a surge voltage of 6000V and can operate in ambient air temperatures ranging from -25 to +60°C. With a net height of 94 mm, a width of 22.5 mm, and a depth of 121 mm, this coated version unit supports a rated current of 6A at 24Vdc (DC-1) or 240Vac (AC-1), with reduced capacity at temperatures above 50°C. It offers two digital outputs with positive-guided relay outputs, capable of handling 6A at 240Vac (AC-1) or 24Vdc (DC-1). Connection types include screw and spring-loaded terminals, accommodating a wire cross-section of 0.25 to 2.5mm2 for single-core flexible connections. The unit's power consumption is 2.5W, supplied via a base unit with a voltage range of 20.4-28.8Vdc (24Vdc nominal) or 4.9-5.1Vdc (5Vdc nominal). Constructed with a PPO bottom housing and an ABS front housing, it offers a degree of protection of IP20 and is designed for use with a supply voltage of 250V, featuring a rated impulse voltage of 6kV and various time delays for operational control.
