Pilz PILZ-570832 is a door lock designed for handle operation, featuring a transponder safety gate system. It includes two illuminated push-buttons for activating the safety gate and another function, one non-illuminated push-button for accessing and interlocking the safety gate, a three-position key switch, and a blind cover with a 5-pin M12 connection for a sensing device. This part operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +55 °C and is designed with a guard locking safe interlock, coded switch, two illuminated push-buttons, one non-illuminated push-button, one key-operated push-button, and one blind cover switch part only. It offers plug-in/detachable spring-loaded terminal connections with a 5-pin M12 connector. The dimensions are W46.5mm x H568mm x L74.5mm, with a degree of protection of IP54. It requires a 24Vdc supply voltage, has a power consumption of 2 W, and operates in a power-to-unlock mode. Additionally, it features 2 x digital outputs (OSSD; semiconductor outputs; 500mA) and 2 x digital inputs (safe range inputs; 1.5A; 150ms).
