Pilz PILZ-570819 is a door lock designed for handle operation, featuring a complete transponder safety gate system. It includes three illuminated push-buttons for various controls, one non-illuminated push-button for accessing and interlocking the safety gate, and one blind cover sensing device equipped with pushbuttons, color cap, and an escape release bar. The actuator is adaptable for both right or left hinged gates. This unit operates within an ambient air temperature range of -20 to +55 °C and is designed with a guard locking safe interlock coded switch, incorporating three illuminated push-buttons, one non-illuminated push-button, and one blind cover switch plus actuator. It offers plug-in/detachable spring-loaded terminal connections for ease of installation, with dimensions of W200mm x H555mm x L108mm. The PILZ-570819 is IP54 rated, indicating a degree of protection against dust and splashing water. It requires a 24Vdc supply voltage, has a power consumption of 2W, and operates in a power-to-unlock mode. For interfacing, it features 2 x digital outputs (OSSD; semiconductor outputs; 500mA) and 2 x digital inputs (safe range inputs; 1.5A; 150ms).
